Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of CampaignMind, provided by FocusLinkTech (“we”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.
1. The Service
CampaignMind lets you connect Google Ads accounts you are authorised to manage, view reports, research keywords, audit websites, and make campaign changes from our dashboard or from AI assistants you connect.
2. Your account and authority
- You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure.
- You may only connect advertising accounts you own or are authorised to manage, and you are responsible for activity under your account.
- You must comply with Google Ads policies and Google’s terms when using the Service.
3. Changes to your ad accounts
Changes are applied only after you review a preview and confirm it. New campaigns are created paused. You remain responsible for every change you confirm and for the resulting advertising costs, including changes confirmed through an AI assistant you connected. AI suggestions can be wrong — review them before confirming.
4. Acceptable use
- No unlawful, misleading or harmful advertising.
- No attempts to access accounts or data you are not authorised for, or to disrupt the Service.
- Website audits must only be used on sites you have a legitimate reason to analyse; we respect robots.txt for crawling.
5. Fees
Paid plans, if any, are billed as shown at purchase. Prices exclude GST unless stated. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
6. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but the Service is provided “as is”. Google may change or limit its APIs, which can affect features. We may update the Service and these terms; we will notify you of material changes.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or advertising spend resulting from changes you confirmed. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. On termination we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction.
